![]() Entrepreneur Lawrence Jones, owner and founder of Manchester Internet company UKFast, has taken a major stake in an online property company after helping it to boost its sales. Mr Jones first became involved with Property Find International six months ago as a customer of his business. UKFast has helped the company, which is based in Crewe, boost its sales by 1,000 per cent. So impressed was Lawrence with its potential that he has invested a six-figure sum in taking a 45 per cent stake in the business, which offers investment opportunities in Bulgaria, Spain, Thailand and the Caribbean. Lawrence said: "Two factors influence my decision to buy in now. One is the team's experienced working model, for which there is no comparison, and the other is demand. "Recent research shows that 50 per cent of UK property owners are considering investing abroad." | |
