Internet provider UKFast has purchased a 45% share in Property Find International.

The decision came after the Manchester-based UKFast took charge of Property Find International's internet presence and subsequently watched the property company's sales soar.

Now Lawrence Jones, managing director of UKFast, has decided to buy a stake in the company that offers investment opportunities in Bulgaria, Spain, Thailand and the Caribbean.

Lawrence explained: "Two factors influenced my decision to buy into Property Find International. One is the team's experienced working model, for which there is no comparison; the other is demand. Recent research shows that 50% of UK property owners are considering investing abroad."

Since founding UKFast seven years ago, Lawrence has influenced the fortunes of thousands of online businesses, including One Advice Group and Sales Sharks, the Premiership rugby club.

Andy Biggar, managing director of Property Find International, explained: "We've established that there's a huge market out there and UKFast's online skills are not only encouraging the traffic, but converting the traffic into clients.

"We've found that 15% of visitors are spending between 30 minutes and one hour on our sites and the volume of subsequent sales shows it's really working."

UKFast has also been successful in its bid to acquire servers.co.uk, one of the UK's top Internet domain names, fending off the challenge of IT giants IBM.
