Bigamist's web of deceit

A new husband could not resist bragging about his young bride on Friends Reunited - and was exposed as a bigamist.

Carl Wallace ,45, left his first wife, Anne, also 45, for Selena McDonnell, 21 years his junior. He wrote of going on honeymoon to Italy on the website but a family friend saw it and told his first wife. Wallace, of Oldham, admitted bigamy and was given a 16-week suspended sentence at Bolton Crown Court.
