Internet security firm, Symantec, has claimed criminals can buy full personal identities for as little as 50p.
The report found that criminals are targeting individuals for financial gain more than ever before.
The market has grown by so much in the last year that a price war has developed.
Bank account details are still sold for a much as £675, whilst credit card information - the most sought after details - sold for as little as 40p.
Full IDs could be purchased for anywhere between 50p and £40.
